From September 8th to 12th, come and try Pilates Matwork and Pilates classes with great equipment such as the Reformer, Chair and Springwall for free!

On Friday the 29th and 30th, join our free classes in Postural Yoga, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Flying! Classes are open to all!

Come and discover the world of postural re-education with all the Raggi Method techniques.
